How to Buy a Suppressor Online for Tennessee Residents

Enter Information: Provide your transferee information and upload your photo and trust documents (if applicable). We’ll email you to schedule a call to explain the process and answer any questions.
Submit Fingerprints: Email a high resolution photo your FD-258 fingerprint card. We will digitize your fingerprints free of charge and keep them on file for future purchases.
Setup an Eforms Account: https://eforms.atf.gov/register/update-profile?isRegistration=true
Sign and Certify: Sign your Form 4 digitally using the pin you created when you setup your Eforms account and certify to e-file.
Wait for Approval: Wait for your Form 4 approval.

This digital format can be easily transferred to any FFL dealer you choose, making your purchase seamless and stress-free. You will never need to be printed again. For those using a Silencer Shop dealer with a kiosk, this step isn’t necessary, but for all other shops, including those working with Silencer Shop without a kiosk, this is a significant value add.

National Gun Trust charges $70.00 for this service, but at Black Creek, it’s on the house.
